Unless I am craving something sweet I actually prefect protein snack like this high protein snack for weight loss. They keep my blood sugar level and I can feel it!

For this protein snack for weight loss with yogurt I used low fat yogurt. And then some ground flax seeds. Whole flax seeds are actually hard for our bodies to brake down. Which is why I make ground flax seeds every once in a while and keep in the fridge for snacks and recipes like this one.

This is also a very easy high protein snack for weight loss. Which you can make in minutes. And it’s perfect for busy days or days when you forgot to prepare the food.

Yogurt is also very beneficial for weight loss and health so a yogurt snack for weight loss like this is just a perfect choice. Yogurt is a natural probiotic, it is high in protein and vitamins.   

In Sweden there is not much choice when it comes to yogurt. And my favorite is Greek yogurt.  So, as soon as I get to Greece I will be making this yogurt recipe for weight loss a lot!

Ingredients

  • 250 gr yogurt

  • 2 tbsp flax seeds

Process

  • In a bowl add yogurt and flax seeds. Mix until combined.
  • Serve right away and enjoy!
