Tuna Salad For Weight Loss

1 can of tuna in water
½ head of green salad
1 tomato
¼ cucumber
Salt
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Process
- Open the can of tuna. Transfer in to a sifter, then press the juice out of it.
- Wash and cut vegetables into chunks. Place on to a large plate. Top with pieces of tuna. Then season with salt, olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
- Serve right away!
