And when I decide to have a smoothie, I like to use fruit which is more on a sour side and I like it to be berries. So, for this best strawberry smoothie for weight loss, I used frozen strawberries. They are low in calories, rich in nutrients and not too sweet.
Since I used frozen fruit for this healthy berry smoothie for weight loss, it tasted more ice cream like. It was very refreshing and light in taste!
To decorate this healthy 2 ingredient smoothie, you can use chopped strawberries. I used red currants which almost look like jewels! So pretty and elegant!

Tasty Smoothie For Weight Loss

250 gr frozen berries
250 gr plane yogurt
Handful of red currants for serving
Process
- Place washed frozen berries and yogurt in to a food processor. Close the lid and mix until smooth.
- Transfer the smoothie into a bowl. Top with red currants and enjoy while cold!
