Here is the second tuna pasta recipe I am sharing today. This one is very cheesy and a little bit more naughty. We all feel like it from time to time. 😉
What makes this tuna pasta with mayo naughty is mostly mayo and cheese. There is a lot of cheese in this one!
And to balance it out there are lots of green olives in this tuna pasta with green olives. They are more vibrant if flavor and so they lift the whole dish and add nice color too!


Pasta with tuna fish, cheese and green olives

80 gr Girandole Torsades or any short cut pasta shape
200 gr crème fraiche/pavlaka/gräddfil
1 tbsp mayo
3 tbsp grated cheese like Mozzarella + more for serving
1 can tuna fish in bigger chunks (150 gr)
2 handfuls, around 15 green olives
1 L water for pasta
Process
- Place water in a medium size pot and bring to boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente. This takes 6 minutes if you are using Girandole Torsades shape.
- In the meantime cut olives into halves and grate cheese if you are not using pregrated.
- Drain pasta then to it add crème fraiche, mayo, cheese, tuna with all the oil and most of the olives. Mix to combine.
- Serve warm with some more olives on top and more grated cheese. Enjoy!
