For my plant based days this is the type of easy vegan dessert no bake I have been enjoying. It comes together in minutes and tastes incredible! Almost like ice cream, with chunks of fruit, crunchy nuts, sweet honey… and those bits of dark chocolate. OMG!
This easy vegan dessert for one is a kind of dessert you can have every day, I feel like. It is healthy and nutritious. And so I can’t resist a healthy dessert no bake like this one!
And this easy healthy vegan desserts no bake is also versatile. So, use any berries, nuts, butter you prefer. Now that summer fruit is gone I am planning on trying version with winter fruit like satsumas, kiwi, apples..
I used coconuts yogurt for this healthy dessert vegan. And coconut makes it taste more like dessert. But even Greek yogurt will work.
When it comes to berries, for this vegan dessert with berries, I like combination from the recipe. There are both sweet and sour berries which makes it more interesting to eat.

3 heaping tbsp coconut yogurt
2 handful frozen berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, lingon)
1 tbsp bee free honey
1 tbsp almond butter
Handful chopped dark chocolate
1 tsp chia seeds
- In a medium size bowl add yogurt then top it with berries, chia, walnuts, chocolate, almond butter and honey.
- Enjoy while cold!
