These smoothies remind me of spring, which I can’t wait for! My favorite one is the yellow one. Probably because it has a lot of mango and because of the combination of all the toppings.

Also, a little warning.. the green smoothie tastes very “green”! 😀 So, if you are not used to very “green taste”, start with 1/2 tsp of wheat grass or just skip it.

Yellow, orange and green smoothie bowl-spring edition

2 handfuls of frozen mango
1 banana
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 orange, only the juice
- Topping
1 tsp goji berries
1-2 tsp toasted coconut shavings
1 tsp chopped almonds
1/4 banana
A piece of mango fresh or defrosted
- Green smoothie bowl
2 handfuls of spinach
1 banana
4 kiwi
1 tsp wheat grass
4 tbsp Greek yogurt
- Topping
1 kiwi
1 tsp pistachios
1 tsp almonds
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp coconut shavings
- Orange smoothie bowl
1 orange
3 handfuls of frozen mango
2-3 tbsp Greek yogurt
- Topping
1 tsp chopped cashew nuts
1 tsp coconut shavings
2 slices of orange
Process
- Yellow smoothie bowls
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Top with berries, coconut, almonds, mango and banana.
- Green smoothie bowls
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Top with slices of kiwi, chopped nuts, chia and coconut.
- Orange smoothie bowl
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Top with cashew, coconut and slices of orange.
