Every Easter this stew is on the menu alongside Serbian gibanica, freshly baked bread and some salad. Very simple and very delicious! And eggs, of course. 🙂 Recipe for those is coming next week. On days when I have time this is what I love to have! It is by far my favorite breakfast! Sweet and sour, of course 😉 And this is the combo-plane yogurt topped with a couple of tbsp of granola, 1 banana sliced, a tbsp of dried cranberries and a drizzle of honey.
This is my take on spring salad-light and full of flavor. Those garlic potatoes are a star of the show. I love carbs, if it´s not obvious already! 😀 But combination of fresh salad with a mustard/vinegar punch, spicy potatoes, soft meat and crunchy radishes is out of this world good! A must try!
